巴哈花精與中醫臨床運用
巴哈花精（Bach Flower Remedies）是一種由英國醫生愛德華·巴哈（Dr. Edward Bach, 1886 –1936）於20世紀30年代創立的自然療法。巴哈花精以38種野花和植物製成，每一種花精對應特定的情緒狀態或心理問題，旨在透過平衡情緒，促進身心的和諧與健康。
講師：陳麗民中醫師 (瑪莉老師)
全美針灸及中藥執照/加州針灸師執照/順勢醫學醫師執照
瑪莉老師過去十年長期在台灣順勢醫學學會教授花精療法，並運用在照顧其家人及眾多的學員。她認為花精療法能夠迅速舒緩身體不適，平衡情緒上的不快樂與不滿足，期許將這門溫和且高效的自然療法推廣給更多人。 瑪莉老師秉持巴哈醫師的情緒原型學說，透過38種療癒花朵的能量，引導身心回歸平衡，並進一步發展出更符合個人需求的情緒療法。
